Waffle day

Today is the Swedish Waffle Day. So guess what we had for dinner? Waffles!

Apart from that, I drove on snow today for the first time. And I can tell you that it was actually pretty scary. I was waiting for the wheels to start spinning, but it never happend. It was deep tracks in the snow from all the cars, and I know that if I would be driving a "american" car (without snow tires) I would be stuck with the wheels spinning like crazy.
That was my day, a pretty interesting day, right?!

Kicki becoming a celeb

On Tuesday the local newspaper will be dropping by for an interview. I'm gonna be sitting down and talk about the past 22 months and try to make sense at the same time. The girl who's gonna interview me sounds really excited and think that it's gonna be very interesting, so I do feel the pressure.
And the worst part is that a photographer is coming as well, which means that I actually have to dress up.
I'll let you know how it will turn out.

Sweden, I'm back

I made it home. I got all my luggage and carry-ons. I made it and Bob had a nice flight home on my lap. It's really weird to be back home because it's like I saw everybody yesterday... The only thing is that I have no clue how to find things in the house anymore. I feel kind of lost at the same time as I feel at home.

I have not decided weither I'm happy or sad to be back in Sweden. It's like I want to cry over the fact that I'm not there with you. Now I'm back being the baby sister in the family again, and do be honest I don't like it that much.

Now I really need a good night sleep because tomorrow is a big day and I can't sleep in as I wish I could.

I miss you guys soooo much!!

The last day in Sweden

Today i've been spending a lot of time with my famliy. Can't believe I'm going back tomorrow and that the week is already over. So many more things that I wanted to do and buy, but I'm happy that I got the chance to go home for a week.

Today my battery in the camera died, I and forgot to bring the charger, so I'm bumbed that I can't take anymore pictures. When I came here last Sunday it was sunny and and in the low 80's, but today it's been a strange day in the high 30's and snow. What can I say, the New England weather is following me.

Now tonight I hope that I'm gonna be able to say goodbye to one of my best friends here, that I've spend a lot of time with. What am I gonna do without him in the states?

I see you all tomorrow, 'cause now I'm on my way back.

Busy

I guess I'm busy 'cause I don't have that much time to upload photos and write about what's going on. But have have taken some pictures now that I'm gonna upload.... I'm pretty bad at this blog thing right now, same with my swedish one. You not forgotten, I'm just too busy to sit here I guess.

Almost over...

Now my week in Sweden is almost over. Time really flies by, but we all knew that already. Now it's 2 minutes past midnight and I'm in my bed getting ready for a, hopefully, good nights sleep.

Tomorrow I'm gonna have a lot of time over in the morning, so I'm gonna take some photos och upload stuff so you can see. I kind of feel that I've been doing nothing special so far, just seeing a lot of people and trying to catch up.

I'm a tired Kicki right now, so I'm gonna hop in bed and close my eyes. Goodnight!!!

Haircut

Yesterday I went to the doctor's about my finger. Now I finally know what wrong and that it's noting I can do about it. I might go away or I can have it my whole life. But at least I know now.

Today i got my haircut finally. Now my hair is looking good again. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my mom to get ready so we can go down town and check all the stores out. And then we're going to my grandparent's for dinner.

A busy week, but it's been pretty great so far. Of course, I miss you all, and I can't wait to get back. And I acually miss driving the BMW, and the way that you all drive over there. haha

Dear Sam (and Max)

All the food that I'm eating so far is really good, even though it looks a little strange. The pizza in delicious with lot of stuff on and the most important thing, the sauce.
I'm trying to figure out if you have a stuffed animal at home that's the same size as Bob... Maybe kind of like Gibson, but with a bigger head, so he's a little bigger than Gibson. I'm gonna try to show you on another photo later on.

I'm going out for dinner tonight, and won't be able to upload any photos today. I know I'm really bad at using my camera right now, so I'm gonna start doing that now so you all can see the beautiful country of Sweden.

Miss you guys, and I can't wait to see you again!

Oh no

I got home a few minutes ago from my friends house, and was kind of looking forward to upload all the photos of todays meals. But, of course my camera was not in my bag anymore. I quickly realized that it's gonna be staying the night at my friends house, since I was crazy enough for not putting it back in the bag after looking at some of the photos.

This unfortunatly means that you have to wait much longer for the photos. But, hopefully by tomorrow night I got it all taken care of, and will be able to upload them so I can share Sweden with you.

The first day is over and it feels kind of good after all. Now I'm gonna get a good nights sleep and tomorrow I surely was a busy schuedule.

I made it home. I still can't believe that I'm in Sweden now. I'm unpacking my bags and waiting for dinner, and then I'm off to see friends, hopefully if I'm not too tired.

I have started my project of taking pics of everything I eat, and in a few hours you'll be able to see them, I just need to eat some more and then upload them.

I hope you all had a great weekend. I can already feel that this is going to be a crazy week, but I'm so muck looking forward to come back to you guys.
