Elise's Chili
It's cold and dark out... So what did I usually eat for lunch in the States?! Your Chili of course. Now I 've got this huge craving for your chili so I had to take a look at the recipe you sent me. To my disappointment I realized that I can't afford all the ingrediets as a student.
So when I'm going home for Christmas I'm gonna make mom buy all the stuff I need so I can make my family Elise's famous chili. And then I think I need some banana bread while I'm at it.

I made a big batch of this a few weeks ago and froze it. I've been having it for lunch ever since.... until I ate the last one yesterday! :( Don't forget to make some cornbread with it too!!
